At August the 24th 2002, Yvonne Hofmans brought her first CD on the market, named: "When
I'm Not Singing" that's also the titlesong. With a bonustrack "When I'm Sad and Blue". These songs
are being written and composed by herself. The CD is especially for Line-Dancers but also for country lovers. So as you can see, it's pure country
music for everyone. Line-dancing and singing are her hobbies.
Singing: She's usualy on stage in: Roosendaal, Bosschenhhoofd , Hoogerheide , Steenbergen, but
also in the rest of the country.
Objective: Promoting of country Music because, it's her lust and live!!! And without music and
dancing live's boring.

Who's Yvonne Hofmans :
Yvonne was born on September 16, 1954 in Samarang, (Indonesia) in a family with 9 other children and of
course father and mother. When she was 2 years young, the family moved to Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
As a little girl she started writing down the lyrics from countrymusic records her parents had. Her one and
only dream at that time was: become a countrysinger and teacher. With a big family like hers, it was
impossible to reach that goal when she was young.
After she moved to Roosendaal, in 1995, her carreer made a real start with the release of “Satin sheets” on
Stardust Records. The recommendation was done by country DJ Jan Vergouwen. Reactions from all over
the world entered Yvonne’s home. After a few months she was even nominated for the Golden Eagle
Award in Nashville. Her second release was “Jones on the jukebox” by Bob and Ted Grady Records.
After all this, She wanted to continue even better as she did and took singing lessons by the all renowed
Mieke Werger from Oud-Gastel. She graduated in 2000.
When she was graduated she had to do something with it. Her titelsong is very populair in Friesland and
be played regualary by Radio Gaasterland with DJ Anne van der Berg from Wyckel 'till Venray by
Peelgrass Radio, with Rein Wortelboer and a lot of other radiostations from the Nedetherlands and
Belgium.
City Radio Steenbergen, with Leo Theunissen plays every Sunday her music and the audience
just loves it. Leo is her big support and does a lot for her promotion.
The song "When I'm Sad and Blue" is already very populair under the country music lovers, it's so
populair, that there's also an CD on his way to Schotland and the song is being choosed as lucky
song of diverence radiostations.
Writing country songs is in Yvonne's blood so there are already 2 songs finished for to be producted.
Yvonne is somebody with a loving heart who would like to have a lot of people around her.
She likes to go with her North-Hill Country Dancers to big Country festivals of Bob de Jong with
Country line dance appearences in Den Bosch and Almere , where shall be danced on her country
